Training and Facilitation Methods at Safety Lab Training and Consultancy Institute
As time and generations pass, so does the way we learn. As a result, it is critical to construct a learning environment and use facilitation methods that learners can quickly adjust to and that are suitable with learner demands.
We at Safety Lab embraced this, therefore we expanded our "conventional classroom training" to include "blended learning."
Blended learning mixes online/digital media with traditional classroom methods. Although both the facilitator and the learner are present throughout the training sessions, this style gives the learner some influence over the management of their time and pace.
The "face-to-face driver" model of blended learning is used by Safety Lab. This means that the facilitator drives the training and augments the curriculum with digital tools. Regardless, All learners receive hard copies of all manuals, instructions, and assessments.
